Meet George

Dr. George Hariri’s passion for combining dentistry and business began during his time in dental school, where he resolved to “specialize in business.” After graduating from Midwestern University-AZ, George acquired his first dental practice in 2018, launching a journey of innovation and discovery. As a practice owner, George developed Precision Growth Pathways, the Shared Practices unique growth methodology.

In 2023, George published Dental Moneyball, a guide that outlines Precision Growth Pathways and provides a foundational resource for dentists looking for business success. Today, George serves as Chief Financial Officer of Shared Practices Group (SPG), where he applies his expertise in finance and marketing to support the organization’s mission of becoming a leading dental support organization (DSO).
